Bruno Boehr is the Lead Architect for Jasper Software, a technology solutions company located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Over the past six years he has been involved in a number of challenging projects and played a key role in ensuring their success.

As a participant in the open-source movement, Bruno has co-founded Breeze — a web development framework that aims to make the process of building Java web applications only as difficult as it needs to be, taking away the many unnecessary pains developers would be facing otherwise.

When he is not busy taking on another technological challenge or writing for this website, Bruno is usually found spending time with his wife and two children, or enjoying the outdoors in the Rockies, or playing a game of soccer where he is most effective at the midfield position.

As of the time of this writing, it has only been six years since Bruno settled permanently in an English-speaking environment, and his ability to articulate ideas in English apparently has room for improvement. He hopes, however, that the insight he is trying to share through this website holds enough value to make up for the imperfection of his writing.
